The story of Big Rig Alignment & Tooling goes back to the mid 2000s, when our future president John worked as a truck alignment specialist in Tucson, Arizona. Shocked by the amount of preventable and costly damage to the average vehicle due to misconceptions about vehicle geometry, and the lack of effective solutions on the market, he decided to start testing solutions in his garage with an iPhone and some custom machined parts made by friends at a local shop.

More than a decade, dozens of facilities, four continents, and countless cups of coffee later, we’re the emerging leaders in total vehicle geometry.
