Compatible with your “Blue” alignment system and available in all popular bolt patterns, our wheel fixtures are made of precision machined steel and aluminum components and have been engineered to eliminate unnecessary complexity and weakness that plague many competitors' fixtures. Easy to adjust, easy to calibrate, and with an eye toward ergonomics and safety, there’s simply nobody making a better fixture than Big Rig, and at a competitive price.

  • Available for 8 lug 275, and 10 lug 285.75 and 335mm wheel bolt patterns

  • Both long and short versions of each bolt pattern are available

  • Custom bolt patterns are only an RFQ away

  • Replaceable CNC polymer non-marking feet leave wheel surfaces unscratched

  • Maintenance adjustments eliminated; other manufacturers have as many as seven

  • Solid legs stay put and do not “walk out” of frame

  • Lowers the maintenance burden in your offline area

  • Securely housed magnets attach to studs, removing issues with non-standard lug nut sizes.

  • Dual magnetic attachment means fixture cannot partially or misleadingly seem to attach, it attaches fully or not at all

  • Secure non-ferrous magnet housings minimize risks of magnet pinch points and other workplace hazards
